State Farm® Insurance Agent Katie Jones

"I've been with Katie & State Farm for nearly 15 Years now (Auto, Home, & Life Insurance), so I'd say I have a little experience working with them. State Farm is just a huge conglomerate of an insurance company - not a whole lot to say positive or negative either way there...BUT, Katie Jones and the office staff make the difference! I have moved several times since first getting insurance through State Farm and, even though there are lots of other agents MUCH closer to me now, I will only work Katie and her team. Here's why - When I call, ZERO automated messages or the dreadful "press 1 for x, press 8 for y" games. A person who knows what they are doing and can help me with any issue/question I have, picks up right away (I've literally never had to leave a message!). I just say "Hi, my name is "Matthew XXXXXXX" and they just look up my all my info and get me taken care of. That person is usually Cat and she works magic. She knows exactly what she is doing and goes above and beyond. I rarely bother writing reviews (I despise doing it) but I was buying my dream car from a Dealership a couple days ago and the dealer (of course) screwed up the paperwork. I e-mailed Cat and she was able to make the required changes, reach out to the dealership to fix their mistake, and get me home in my new car in literally minutes. That's why I'm writing this review. Oh, and Cat's authentic and cheerful demeanor always makes me smile :) As far as insurance goes, YMMV. But, if you're in a jam and need assistance fast, I don't know anyone better than Katie Jones and her team. Maybe this review can help someone out there looking for an agent."
